«About Yanka’s record, is a long time ago project, many years ago when I listened for first time Yanka´s songs I become in love immediately with her voice and her deepness, she transmitted a lot of feelings. I started learning russian to understand the lyrics by myself, but I understood her lyrics are very complex, poethical, with many little details about the siberian culture or her sovietic time, mixed with deep feelings and melancholy.I had great help for translations: Petar Bakardzhiev is a retired painter, draftsman, writer and 60’s rock big fan who lived the soviet time and analyzed the lyrics with the help of my wife Nevyana Syarova. Sieben Jahre nach dem Album "Taped" (Keep It A Secret, KSR08) und vier Jahre nach dem letzten gespielten Konzert im Jahr 2019, erscheint im Dezember 2023 unsere neue EP "Stagna". Vier neue Titel in gut neun Minuten - wir waren eben schon immer Minimalisten.
Vier Titel jedoch, die unbedingt aufgenommen werden mussten. Vier Titel, die sich durch den Pandemierost fraßen, durch die lähmende Ambivalenz, das Zaudern und den Wahnsinn. Vier Titel, für die wir uns vor allem nochmal richtig strecken mussten. Aber es war wertvoll: Vielleicht stand uns unsere Musik noch nie so nahe wie hier und heute. Und vielleicht waren wir gleichzeitig noch nie so weit von dem da draußen entfernt.
Und so sitzen wir immer noch hier rum.
Zwischen allen Stühlen.
Im zu grellen Licht.
Im versiegelten Neuland.

Debut album "Toska Po Domu" by Russian band Radio Rocksteady from Moscow consists of 8 instrumental songs mostly being ska-jazz songs which tell the stories about the composer's connection with the different parts of his hometown which is Novosibirsk - this is where the roots of the band are.
"Toska Po Domu" means Longing For Home, but not in a very sad way, but in cheerful and energetic instead.

Cloud punk straight outta St. Petersburg, Russia. Guys play the mix of hardcore punk, psychedelic rock, flavored with wild guitar solos, from Russia with punk. Fake Fun toured a lot in Russia, but also in Finland and made totally bizarre Indonesian tour in March 2020. Yes, it was during the beginning of the pandemic. Luckily, they all came back to Russia, not without problems, to put out their first full format Self-Titled release, which also came out on CDs and Tapes. As a collaboration of the band members and friends, Lobotomia Records and City To City Records from St. Petersburg and new record label from Hamburg, Brainwasher Records, we decided to put out this LP, Side A includes Self-Titled Release (came out in September 2020), Side B - first demo release, which was out in 2018.
